I was born and grew up in this blessed land that I love for its myths, culture and people.
I loved Portaria, its atmosphere and environment, I learned to smell the herbs and aromatic plants in my daily walks in the nature.
In our daily meals we used goods from our family’s vegetable garden.
We collected herbs and natural flavorings for our homemade pies and prepared traditional Pelion dishes, such as eggs with greens or lamb in a wood fired oven.
When I first started the tourist business, my aim was to convey my long experience to the visitors and offer them the authentic flavors.
With reference to the local products, the Mediterranean flavors and the traditional recipes passed from generation to generation, we have developed alternative tourism activities relating to gastronomy.
As a family business operating in tourism, we are strongly convinced that Greek Gastronomy as a tourism product offers a unique travel experience.
We invite anyone that wishes to experience the magic of the journey in the mythical land of Centaurs and Argonauts, to join us.
